The Minister of Water and Environmental Affairs has, in terms of section 146 and item 3 of schedule 6 of the National Water Act 36 of 1998, called for nominations for the position of chairperson of the Water Tribunal.
The closing date for receipt of the nominations is 4 April 2014.
