The Cederberg Municipality, under the provisions of Section 156(2) of the Constitution of South Africa and Sections 20(2) and 50 of the NEM:ICMA, hereby enacts the Coastal Management By-Law. This By-Law will apply to the beach and coastal area under control of the Municipality where that it is appropriate and not excluded or inconsistent with any other law.
