The MEC of the Eastern Cape Department of Economic Development, Environmental Affairs and Tourism has, in terms of regulation 2(1) of the Management of Public Launch Sites in the Coastal Zone Regulations in terms of the NEMICMA, given notice of his intention to publish a list of public launch sites as set out in the schedule to the notice.
Members of the public are invited to submit written comments within 30 days of publication of this notice (i.e. on or before 30 April 2015).
