The Member of the Executive Council of Economic, Environment, Agriculture and Rural Development has published the draft Gauteng Nature Conservation Bill 2014 as set out in the schedule to this notice for public comment.
Members of the public were invited to submit to the Department written comments within 30 days of the publication of the notice.
