Due to the current COVID 19 lockdown situation, please take note of the following:
- The Registrar Pretoria and Management has taken to register as many matters currently in the system.
- Preference will be given to matters in the system for longer than 4 days and where Clearances expire.
- A urgent request is made not to lodge new matters as it will only clog the system further.
- Examiners will be asked to assist with examination of matters in the system already.
The Deeds Office Pretoria will remain open and register on Thursday to assist us.
Special arrangements regarding putting forward is in place.
