NATIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT: PROTECTED AREAS ACT (57/2003) - DECLARATION OF ADDITIONS TO THE NCANDU PRIVATE FOREST AND GRASSLAND NATURE RESERVE

The KwaZulu-Natal Provincial Executive Council for Economic Development, Tourism and Environmental Affairs, under section 23(1) of the NEM:PAA has declared the following properties as additions to the Ncandu Private Forest and Grassland Nature Service:

  1. The Farm Moorfield East No. 9194 situated in the Newcastle Local Municipality;
  2. Portion 1 of the Farm Moorfield East No. 9194 situated in the Newcastle Local Municipality;
  3. The Farm Leopard Dale No. 8643 situated in the Newcastle Local Municipality;
  4. The Farm The Rest No. 11994 situated in the Newcastle Local Municipality.
