The MEC of the KwaZulu-Natal Department of Economic Development, Tourism and Environmental Affairs has, in terms of section 23 of the NEM:PAA, declared the Zululand Rhino Reserve on the properties as set out in this notice, with the Zululand Rhino Reserve (Pty) Ltd being assigned as the management authority thereof.
