NATIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT: PROTECTED AREAS ACT (57/2003) - DECLARATION OF THE CENTRAL UMNGENI CONSERVANCY AS A PROTECTED ENVIRONMENT

The KwaZulu-Natal Provincial Executive Council for Economic Development, Tourism and Environmental Affairs, under section 28(1) of the NEM:PAA has declared the following properties as a protected environment known as the Central uMngeni Conservancy Protected Environment:

  1. Portion 15 of the Farm Wagenbeetjes Draai No. 875;
  2. Remaining Extent of the Farm Donovale No. 16218;
  3. Portion 1 of the Farm Windy Hill No. 13420;
  4. Remainder of the Farm Donspruit No. 16442;
  5. Remaining Extent of portion 26 of the Farm Kort Kranskloof No. 1012;
  6. Portion 30 of the Farm Kort Kranskloof No. 1012;
  7. Remaining Extent of the Farm Kort Kranskloof No. 1012;
  8. Remaining Extent of Portion 5 of the Farm Kort Kranskloof No. 1012;
  9. Remaining Extent of Potion 7 of the Farm Kort Kranskloof No. 1012;
  10. Portion 23 of the Farm Kort Kranskloof No. 1012;
  11. Portion 33 of the Farm Kort Kranskloof No. 1012;
  12. Portion 38 of the Farm Kort Kranskloof No. 1012;
