SAHRA has, in terms of section 27(5) of the NHRA, declared the Old Fort, Women’s Goal, the Constitutional Court on the remainder of portion 69 of the farm Braamfontein 53 IR, Gauteng and Number 4 and 5 Prison on the remainder of portions 68 and 69 of the farm Braamfontein 53 IR, Gauteng, as National Heritage Sites.
