NATIONAL FORESTS ACT (84/1998), AS AMENDED: DECLARATION OF DE-HOOP AS A PROTECTED WOODLAND

The Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries has, in terms of section 14 of the NFA, declared the Olifants River Water Resources Development Project Offsite Mitigation Area and associated land described in this notice as a temporary protected woodland.
