The MEC of the Eastern Cape Department of Economic Development, Environmental Affairs and Tourism has, in terms of section 23(2)(b)(i); (iii) and (c) of the NEMPAA, declared the Commonage Area of Tsitsa, including Tina Falls and Mzoboshe Horseshoe which are located in the valleys adjacent to Shawbury Village to the South East of the Town of Qumbu, as a Nature Reserve.
