The MEC of the KwaZulu-Natal Department of Economic Development, Tourism and Environmental Affairs has, in terms of section 23 of the NEM:PAA declared the James Wakelin Grassland Nature Reserve on the properties as set out in this notice, with the James Wakelin Grassland Nature Reserve Landowners Association being assigned as the management authority thereof.
