A Member of the Executive Council (MEC) for the Department of Agriculture, Rural Development, Land and Environmental Affairs in Mpumalanga Province, hereby gives notice in terms of Section 28(1)(a)(i) and (b) of the NEM:PAA of the declaration of the African Farms Protected Environment, located in the Pixley ka Seme Local Municipality.
The purpose of the Protected Environment is to ensure the use of natural resources in the area is sustainable, and to protect a specific ecosystem.
