NATIONAL FORESTS ACT (84/1998): DECLARATION OF PARTICULAR GROUPS OF TREES

The Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries has in terms of section 12 of the National Forest Act 84 of 1998 declared particular trees and particular groups of trees as set out in the schedule to this notice as protected trees.
