The MEC for Economic Development, Environment and Tourism has, in terms of section 23(1)(a)(i) of the NEM:PAA, declared properties listed in schedules 1 to 5 of this notice to be nature reserves, to be known as, Welgevonden, Luvhondo, Mokolo, Happy Rest and Bothasvley Nature Reserves, respectively.
