The Provincial Minister of Local Government, Environmental Affairs and Development Planning in the Western Cape has, in terms of section 33(1)(a) of the NEMPAA, given notice of his intention to declare the Elandsberg Nature Reserve and the Buffalo Valley Nature Reserve to be situated on the properties as set out in the schedule to this notice.
Members of the public are invited to submit written comments within 60 days from the date of this notice (i.e. on or before 13 October 2015).
