The MEC of the Eastern Cape Department of Economic Development, Environmental Affairs and Tourism has given notice, in terms of section 33(1)(a) of the NEMPAA, of the intention to declare nature reserves, in terms of section 23 (1) (a) (i) of said Act, on the properties as indicated in the schedule to this notice.
Members of the public are invited to submit written representations to the proposed declarations within 60 days from the date of this notice (i.e. on or before 1 June 2015).
