The MEC of the Eastern Cape Department of Economic Development, Environmental Affairs and Tourism has, in terms of section 33(1)(a) of the NEMPAA, given notice of his intention to declare nature reserves in terms of section 23(1)(a)(i) of the NEMPAA and protected areas in terms of section 28(1)(a)(i) of the NEMPAA as set out in the schedule to this notice.
Members of the public are invited to submit written comments within 60 days of publication of this notice (i.e. on or before 1 June 2015).
