The MEC for Kwa-Zulu Natal Economic Development, Tourism and Environmental Affairs has, in terms of section 33(1) of the NEM:PAA, given notice of his intention to declare the Ingula Nature Reserve, in terms of section 23 of the NEM:PAA, on the properties as set out in the schedule to this notice. Additional properties are to be declared in the Free State, making this protected area a trans-provincial nature reserve.
Members of the public are invited to submit written representations within 60 days of publication of this notice (i.e. on or before 24 August 2015).
