The MEC of the Free State Department of Economic and Small Business Development, Tourism and Environmental Affairs has, in terms of section 33(1) of the NEMPAA, published for public comment, the intention to declare the properties as set out in the schedule to this notice as a protected environment.
Members of the public are invited to submit written comments within 60 days of the publication of this notice (i.e. on or before 17 March 2015).
