The Lekwa Local Municipal Council has enacted By-Laws relating to the disposal of contaminated and/or infectious waste which regulate, inter alia, the storage, transportation, removal and disposal of infectious waste within the area of the aforementioned Municipality and to provide for matters incidental thereto.
