The Minister of Environmental Affairs has, in terms of section 97(1) of the NEMBA, published for public comment, the draft Alien and Invasive Species regulations.
Members of the public are invited to submit written comments within 30 days from the date of publication of this notice (i.e. on or before 19 March 2018).
