The Minister of Environmental Affairs has published the draft Biennial Update Report-1 (BUR-1) to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) for public comments. The draft BUR-1 is now available for public scrutiny on the department's website at www.environment.gov.za.
Members of the public are invited to submit to the Minister written comments or inputs within 60 days after publication of this notice in the Gazette (i.e. on or before 18 November 2014).
