The MEC for Economic Development, Tourism and Environmental Affairs in the Province of KwaZulu-Natal in terms of section 46(2) of NEMICMA gave notice to publish in the Provincial Gazette the draft KwaZulu-Natal Coastal Management Programme (KZN CMP). The MEC in terms of regulation 2(1) of the Management of Public Launch Sites in the Coastal Zone Regulations, in terms of NEMICMA also gave notice to publish in the Provincial Gazette the draft list of public launch sites for KwaZulu-Natal
The public is invited to submit comments to the MEC, within thirty (30) days (i.e. on or before 11 June 2018) for both the KZN CMP and the Draft list of the public launch sites after the publication of the notice in the Provincial Gazette.
