The Minister of Environmental Affairs has, in terms of section 53(o), read with section 32 and 57 of NEM:AQA given notice of her intention to repeal and replace the National Dust Control Regulations, 2013, published In Government Notice No. 827, Gazette No. 36974 on 1 November 2013.
Members of the public are invited to submit written representations to the Minister within 30 days of publication of this notice (i.e on or before 25 June 2018).
