Notice is given that the Driven Machinery Regulations published under GNR 540 on 24 June 2015 have been corrected by amending the definitions for "competent person" and for "safe working load" as set out in this notice. Furthermore, this notice amends regulation 21(4) of the regulations such that:
"any holder adversely affected by a decision of the chief inspector may appeal in writing to the Labour Court against such decision".
