The Chief Inspector has, in terms of section 43 of OHSA, given notice of his intention to incorporate the code of practice for zip line into the Driven Machinery Regulations.
Members of the public are invited to submit written comments within 90 days of publication of this notice (i.e. on or before 18 May 2017).
