The MEC responsible for Cooperative Governance, Traditional Affairs and Human Settlement in the Free State has, in terms of section 14(2)(a)(i) of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act 32 of 2000, made the Dumping and Littering By-law pertaining to the regulation of dumping and/or littering activities within the area of jurisdiction of the Xhariep District Municipality, as set out in the schedule to this notice.
