NATIONAL WATER ACT (36/1998): ESTABLISHMENT OF THE INKOMATI- USUTHU CATCHMENT MANAGEMENT AGENCY THROUGH EXTENDING THE BOUNDARY AND AREA OF OPERATION OF THE INKOMATI CATCHMENT MANAGEMENT AGENCY IN TERMS OF SECTION 78(4)

The Minister of Water and Environmental Affairs has, in terms of section 78(3) of the NWA, declared the establishment of the Inkomati-Usuthu Catchment Management through extending the boundary and area of operation of the Inkomati catchment management agency. The area of operation of the Inkomati-Usuthu catchment management agency includes the previous Inkomati water management area (WMA) and Usuthu catchment from the previous Usuthu-Mhlatuze WMA.
