The Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries has in terms of section 5 of the Marine Living Resources Act (18/1998) given notice of the establishment of a Consultative Advisory Forum for Marine Living Resources. Further, in terms of section 7 of the aforesaid Act, the Minister has called for nominations of members who are qualified to make a substantial contribution towards the proper functioning of the Forum. New nominations i.e. Nominations subsequent to date of publication of this notice and nominations which were submitted prior to publication of the notice were to be submitted to the Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries for consideration on or before 28 September 2018.
