The MEC responsible for Cooperative Governance, Traditional Affairs and Human Settlement in the Free State Province has, in terms of section 14(2)(a)(i) of the LGMSA, adopted the Fire and Emergency Services By-law as set out in the schedule to this notice.
The By-law regulates, inter alia, fire prevention and fire protection; the use, handling and storage of flammable substances and the transport, supply and delivery of dangerous goods.
