The Municipal Manager of the Emalahleni Local Municipality has, in terms of section 13 of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act 32 of 2000 read with section 162 of the Constitution of the Republic of South, 1996, published the Heritage Resources By-laws pertaining to the management of heritage resources within the jurisdiction of the municipality.
