The Minister of Environmental Affairs has, in terms of section 9(1)(c) read with section 100 of the NEM:BA, given notice of her intention to amend the Norms and Standards for the marking of rhinoceros and rhinoceros horn and for the hunting of rhinoceros for trophy hunting purposes, as set out in the schedule to this notice.
Members of the public were invited to submit written comments within 30 days after the publication of the notice.
