The Minister of Environmental Affairs has, in terms of section 33(1)(b) read together with section 100 of the NEM:BA, given notice of her intention to declare the property Erf No.5562, situated in the Overstrand Municipality, to be part of the Harold Porter National Botanical Garden.
Members of the public are invited to submit written comments within 30 days of date of publication of this notice (i.e. on or before 21 December 2015).
