The MEC for the Limpopo Department of Economic Development Environment and Tourism has, in terms of section 23(1) read with section 33(1)(a) of the NEMPAA, given notice of his intention to declare land parcels listed in the schedule to this notice as part of Leopard Cave Safaris Private nature reserve.
Members of the public are invited to submit written representations within 60 days from the date of publication of this notice (i.e. on or before 26 April 2016).
