The MEC for the Free State Department of Economic, Small Business Development, Tourism and Environmental Affairs has, in terms of section 33(1) of the NEM:PAA, given notice of intention to declare a trans-provincial nature reserve to be named the Ingula Nature Reserve on the properties as set out in this notice –
- Located near the town of Harrismith within the Thabo Mofutsanyana District Municipality and the Phumelela Local Municipality; and
- In the KwaZulu Natal Province making this protected area.
Members of the public are hereby invited to submit written comments within 60 days of publication of this notice (i.e. on or before 15 December 2015).
