NATIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT: BIODIVERSITY ACT (10/2004): INTENTION TO PROHIBIT THE ACTIVITIES SET OUT IN THE SCHEDULE HERETO: RHINOCEROS HORN

The Minister of Environmental Affairs has given notice of her intention to prohibit activities set out in the schedule to this notice with respect to, inter alia, the selling or otherwise trading in or use of rhinoceros horns.

Members of the public were invited to submit written comments within 30 days of the publication of this notice.
