A Member of the Kwa-Zulu Natal Executive Council for Economic Development, Tourism and Environmental Affairs, and in terms of Section 33(1) of the NEM:PAA hereby gives notice of his intention to declare various properties as the Nagle dam and Game Reserve.
Members of the public are invited to submit written representations or objections within 60 days of publication of this notice.
