The MEC for Economic Development, Environmental Affairs and Tourism in terms of section 33(1)(a) of the NEMPAA intends to give notice
- Declare nature reserves
- Assign names to the nature reserves
- Assign the management of the nature reserves to a suitable organisation
- Declare protected environments;
- Assign names to the protected environments
- Assign the management of the protected environments to a suitable organisation
The public is invited to make written representations on or objections to the proposed declaration within 60 (i.e on or before 23 March 2018) days from the date of this notice by submitting it to the following postal address.
