The South African Heritage Resources Agency hereby invites comments on the draft regulations in terms of sections 9(2), 9(3c), 13(1a), 13(1b), 13(2d), 24(f), 30(4) and 39 of the NHRA.
The purpose of these regulations is to provide for the reporting of identified heritage resources and the ceding of databases of heritage information from Heritage Resources Authorities, Organs of State, and State supported bodies to the South African Heritage Resources Agency.
The public is invited to submit comments on or before 28 February 2018.
