The Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries has, in terms of section 13(1) of the NFA, given notice of her intention to declare a list of particular trees as "Champion Trees" in terms of sections 12(1)(a) and (b) of the NFA, as detailed in the schedule to this notice.
Members of the public are invited to submit written comments within 60 days of the publication of this notice (i.e. on or before 1 September 2015).
