NATIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT: PROTECTED AREAS ACT (57/2003): CORRECTION NOTICE: LAND DECLARED IN TERMS OF THE ACT TO BE PART OF ADDO ELEPHANT NATIONAL PARK

The Minister of Environmental Affairs, has corrected: -

GNR 399, published in GG 32094 of 9 April 2009, by including in the Addo Elephant National Park the missing portion 306 (a portion of portion 289) of the farm Strathsomers Estate No 42, situated in the Uitenhage Registration Division, Eastern Cape Province, measuring 4.726 hectares and held by Title No T8836/2008;
GNR 399, published in GG 32094 of 9 April 2009, by including in the Addo Elephant National Park the missing remainder of the farm Oliphants Plaat No 214, situated in the Uitenhage Registration Division, Eastern Cape Province, measuring 2 044.969 hectares and held by Title No. T8832/2002;
GNR 399, published in GG 32094 of 9 April 2009, by including in the Addo Elephant National Park the missing portion 28 of the farm Vetmaak Vlakte No 312, situated in the Uitenhage Registration Division, Eastern Cape Province, measuring 401.8940 hectares and held by Title No. T88232/2002;
GNR 399, published in GG 32094 of 9 April 2009, by including in the Addo Elephant National Park the missing portion 29 (a portion of Portion 5) of the farm Vetmaak Vlakte No. 312, situated in the Uitenhage Registration Division, Eastern Cape Province, measuring 9.0079 hectares and held by Title No T88232/2002;
GNR 399, published in GG 32094 of 9 April 2009, by including in the Addo Elephant National Park the missing portion 8 of the farm Ingleside No 215, situated in the Uitenhage Registration Division, Eastern Cape Province, measuring 392.9426 hectares and held by Title No T94069/2000.
