Notice of amendment of the above is hereby given by the Member of the Executive Council (MEC) for the Department of Rural, Environment and Agricultural Development in the North West Province, Ms. Manketsi Tlhape, to correct The Official Gazette Extraordinary No. 2473 Notice No. 223 Schedule A of The Province of Transvaal published on 08 September 1954 –
- by declaring Barberspan Nature Reserve listed in the schedule titled: - “Declaration of Barberspan Nature Reserve in terms of the National Environmental Management: Protected Areas Act No. 57 of 2003 - BABERSPAN NATURE RESERVE PROPERTY DATA-BASE” - in terms of Section 23(1)(a)(i) of the Act, and
- assign North West Parks Board as Management Authority In terms of Section 38(2)(a) of the Act
Further, notice of amendment is given to correct The Official Gazette Extraordinary No. 2473 Notice No. 223 Schedule A of The Province of Transvaal published on the 08 September 1954 –
- by declaring S.A. Lombard Nature Reserve listed in the schedule titled: -“ Declaration of S.A. Lombard Nature Reserve in terms of the National Environmental Management: Protected Areas Act No. 57 of 2003- SA LOMBARD NATURE RESERVE PROPERTY DATA-BASE ” in terms of Section 23(l)(a)(i) of the Act, and
- assign North West Parks Board as Management Authority in terms of Section 38(2)(a) of the Act.
