The MEC for the North West Department of Rural, Environment and Agricultural Development has made a correction to the Extraordinary Provincial Notice published on the 15 February 1967 by –
- Adding portions 15, 16, 17 and 20 of the farm Baviaanskrans 308 JQ to the Rustenburg Nature Reserve;
- Officially naming, in terms of section 23(1)(b) of the NEM:PAA, the Rustenburg Nature Reserve as the Kgaswane Mountain Nature Reserve ;
- Assigning, in terms of section 38(2)(a) of the NEM:PAA, the North West Parks Board as the Management Authority of the reserve.
