The Limpopo Department for Economic Development, Environment and Tourism authorised a grant payment for Biosphere Reserves. The purpose of the grant is to support biosphere reserves within the Vhembe, Mopani and Waterberg District area and promote sustainable development in these communities. The allocation is based on the final budget of funds received for the department from Treasury.
