INSIGHTS

The MEC of the North West Department of Rural, Environment and Agricultural Development has, in terms of section 23(1)(a)(i) read with section 23(1)(b) of the NEM:PAA, declared the Molemane Eye Nature Reserve on the properties as listed in the schedule to this notice. The North West Parks Board has, in terms of section 38(2)(a) of the NEM:PAA, been assigned as the Management Authority for the reserve.
