The Harry Gwala District Municipality, in terms of Section 13(a) of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act 32 of 200 hereby publishes the amended Municipal Health By-Laws. The By-Law provides for, inter alia, the promotion of long term health and well-being of people in the municipal area by providing an effective legal and administrative framework within which the Council can manage and regulate activities that have the potential to impact adversely on public health.
