MUNICIPAL HEALTH SERVICES BY-LAWS

The Ehlanzeni District Municipal Council has, in terms of section 30(2) of the Local Government Municipal Structures Act 117 of 1998, enacted the Municipal Health By-law, 2018. The By-law regulates, inter alia, public health hazards and nuisance; water & food control; wastewater; sanitation and environmental and air pollution.

The By-law will only come into effect 5 December 2018.
