The Minister of Water and Sanitation has, in terms of section 78(3) of the NWA, proposed the establishment of a catchment management agency, situated in the Mzimvubu to Tsitsikamma water management area in the Eastern Cape and includes portions of KwaZulu-Natal, Western Cape and the Northern Cape, and that the agency be named the Mzimvubu-Tsitsikamma Catchment Management Agency.
Members of the public are invited to submit written comments within 60 days after the publication of the notice (i.e. on or before 29 March 2016).
