The MEC for the North West Department of Rural, Environment and Agricultural Development has, in terms of section 28(1)(a)(i) read with section 28(1)(b) of the NEM:PAA, declared the Molopo Oog Nature Reserve on the properties as set out in this notice; and has, in terms of section 38(2)(a) of the NEM:PAA, assigned the Molopo Oog Landowners Association as the Management Authority.
